We are not talking about every trip being free from interruptions or unexpected changes, which are inevitable in today’s world. Rather, a perfect trip is one in which technology enables us to quickly and proactively manage disruptions so travelers can stay focused on accomplishing their business. Even more perfect is contributing to your travelers’ success by putting everything they need at their fingertips and providing recommendations to help them navigate unfamiliar locations.

Not surprisingly, frequent travelers tend to lead the way in adopting mobile technology and pushing for improvements that make their lives easier, whether at home or on the road. CWT understands that mobile functionality is a critical component of our service to travelers and their

organizations – so much so that in 2012 we acquired WorldMate, the leading developer of mobile technology in travel, giving us control over our “mobile destiny.”

That announcement capped off a milestone year in CWT’s mobile journey: earlier in 2012, our CWT To Go™ mobile application was named Innovation of the Year by travelers at the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) Annual Convention in the

created specifically for each CWT client company. The site combines travelers’ ratings and reviews with information on the company’s agreement with the property, including the negotiated rate and complimentary amenities, so travelers can make more informed decisions about which hotels

best meet their needs in a given location. CWT Hotel Intel is part of CWT Hotel 360, an array of hotel products and services that improve traveler satisfaction and save companies money by providing access to the most hotels and best rates.
