UPON COMPLETION OF THEWORK, THE SET SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE ARCHITECTCOMPLETELY AND NEATLY POSTED SHOWING ALL ADDITIONS,DELETIONS, CORRECTIONS, AND REVISIONS IN THE ACTUALCONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT. 24. WHEN REQUESTED, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BERESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING, MOUNTING, AND DISPLAYINGARCHITECT'S JOB SIGN. CONTRACTOR SHALL ALSO RETURN THEJOB SIGN TO ARCHITECT AT COMPLETION OF PROJECT IN GOODCONDITION.

25. SEE WALL LEGENDS OR CALL OUTS ON PLANS FOR WALLFRAMING MEMBER, FIRE RATINGS, GYPSUM BOARD THICKNESSAND OTHER WALL CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS. PROVIDE ANDINSTALL HEAVIER GAUGE STUDS, STIFFENERS, BRACING,BACK-UP PLATED, ETC. AS REQUIRED IN STUD WALLS FOR THESUPPORT OF TOILET ROOM FIXTURES AN OTHER WALLMOUNTED EQUIPMENT.

26. ALL GYPSUM BOARD USED IN JANITOR'S ROOMS AND ALLTOILET ROOMS SHALL BE WATER RESISTANT.

T25-28. NOISE INSULATION STANDARDS

1. PURPOSE. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SECTION IS TO ESTABLISHUNIFORM MINIMUM NOISE INSULATION PERFORMANCESTANDARDS TO PROTECT PERSONS WITHIN NEW HOTELS,MOTELS, APARTMENT HOUSES, AND DWELLINGS OTHER THANDETACHED SINGLE FAMILY DWELLINGS FROM THE EFFECTS OFEXCESSIVE NOISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HEARINGLOSS OR IMPAIRMENT AND INTERFERENCE WITH SPEECH ANDSLEEP.

2. APPLICATION AND SCOPE. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ARTICLERELATING TO NOISE INSULATION PERFORMANCE STANDARDSAPPLY TO NEW HOTELS, MOTELS, APARTMENT HOUSES ANDDWELLINGS OTHER THAN DETACHED SINGLE DWELLINGS.THESE REGULATIONS SHALL APPLY TO ALL APPLICATIONS FORBUILDING PERMITS MADE SUBSEQUENT TO THE EFFECTIVEDATE OF THESE REGULATIONS.
