Dear colleague, On behalf of the Portuguese Society of the Study of Neuromuscular Disorders (Sociedade Portuguesa de Estudos de Doenças Neuromusculares - SPEDNM) I would like to invite you to participate in the hATTR EU Preceptorship, to be held between the 16th and 18th of January 2020 in Hotel Eurostars das Artes and Unidade Corino de Andrade (UCA) of Centro Hospitalar Universitário do
Porto, the reference center for hATTR in Porto. This meeting will have a theoretical approach, to present and discuss the important features of the disease, diagnosis, prognosis factors, organs involvement and treatment
approaches, as well a practical approach where it will be discussed clinical cases with patients observation and visits to the Neuropathology and
Neurophysiology laboratories. This meeting will have the privilege of having recognized hATTR key opinion
leaders with different backgrounds and knowledges. This will give you a broader and diverse experience on this challenging disease.
