Welcome to our official sponsorship brochure for the 2019/20 Football season,

allowing you the opportunity to see the various ways that you can contribute to the

future prosperity of Barnstaple Town Football Club.

The 2019/20 season will be our fourth season in the Evo-Stik Southern League,

and we aim to make this our best season yet. During last season many changes

have happened at the club off the field, the appointment of a new chairman and

directors, a new treasurer, and the appointment of a new management team with

strong local connections and reputation. With this in mind we feel there is an

exciting future ahead for the club.

With spiralling costs involved with the running of a Football club many could not

survive without the help and generosity of the businesses and individuals that take

up various forms of sponsorship.

Enclosed in this brochure are the various ways that businesses and individuals

can support Barnstaple Town Football Club, while gaining valuable exposure at

the same time. We have made the various packages that are on offer as cost

effective as possible, and feel that the level of exposure we offer can be valuable

to businesses of any size.

ADVERTISING BOARDS

For generations pitch side advertising has been the most popular way for

businesses to get their name in front of football fans; it’s simple yet very effective.

Your brand will not only be seen on match day, but every day by customers who

use and visit our facilities. Furthermore, with heightened media coverage of home

matches in the Southern League and the various cup competitions that we

compete in, pictures of the action are viewed thousands of times in newspapers, in

paper form, and online, as well as social media outlets, Twitter, Facebook etc.

All boards measure 610mm x 2440mm, are Dibond and of excellent quality, and

produced by Leemac Design, Mullacott Business Park, Ilfracombe.

PROGRAMME SPONSORSHIP

Official Matchday Programme Sponsor

The matchday programme is a great way to get your brand in front of the fans, with a minimum of 20 home games in the Evo-Stik Southern League & cup competitions, and our programme being awarded 2nd place in our league, and joint 30th best in the whole of the UK’s non-league, for last season, we expect this sponsorship to be taken up by somebody very quickly. You will get your company name/logo in colour on front cover for the whole season, a full page colour advert inside every programme, which can be changed or updated at any point throughout the season. You will also receive a day package of admission for six people with lounge hospitality, for an Evo-Stik Southern League match of your choice. One season - £1,200

MATCH DAY PROGRAMME ADVERTS

Each advertiser will have their advert featured in all home game programmes and will also receive two complimentary tickets for an Evo-Stik Southern League home game of their choice. The programmes, including all adverts, are produced in full colour. We sell a minimum of 100 copies for each home game, and some of our games the number of programmes produced and sold are a lot higher, for example last season, in our game against Bideford AFC, 500 match day programmes were sold. MATCHDAY SPONSORSHIP

Exclusive matchday sponsorship This package would provide an excellent opportunity for a business to promote themselves, while at the same time offering an afternoon/evening out for their staff or guests with lounge hospitality. Alternatively this package could be great for a group of friends who want to take in some football while celebrating a birthday, etc, while enjoying hospitality. CLUBHOUSE HIRE

A Great Venue to Hold a Celebration

The clubhouse, with function room, kitchen, fully licensed bar and free WI-FI, here at

Mill Road is available for hire at very competitive rates and is ideally suited for

birthday parties, wedding receptions, meetings, events, funeral wakes and for those

currently running clubs or planning to who may be looking for a better value facility.

With seating for over 50 and a capacity for 100 people this is one of the best value

for money venues in Barnstaple. The club has disabled facilities including ramped

access and disabled toilet.

We are able to assist with catering, as well as taking care of entertainment. We are

now able to accept card payments at our bar. With our fully licensed bar and

hospitable staff we welcome any enquiries either by phone or email.

PLAYER SPONSORSHIP

This season we will be offering player sponsorship. It’s a good opportunity for an individual or business to show their support for the team, and to a player as an individual. The sponsor of each player will have their name/logo below the players picture on our clubhouse wall, this will also appear in each home matchday programme throughout the whole season, and will also be listed on the players profile on our website. Each sponsor will also receive a signed picture of the player they sponsor. £100 per player

HALFTIME 50/50 DRAW TICKET SPONSOR

An age old custom at Football matches is the 50/50 draw. It’s something that is very popular at Barnstaple Town Football Club, everybody likes the chance to win cash!

At every home game we would expect to sell at least 140 tickets for the draw, and obviously at the bigger games, the derby against Bideford for example, we could expect sales to go in to the hundreds, thus being the perfect place to promote your company and get your name and information in front of many eyes. The design of the ticket isn’t set in stone and we can work with potential sponsors who have any ideas on how they may like to see their company details appear.

SEASON TICKETS

For the 2019/20 season we are offering a discounted early bird season ticket price that we feel offers amazing value for money. The season tickets cover all Evo-Stik Southern Division One South home games. We find that the purchase of season tickets is not only great for individual fans, but also for businesses who often like to purchase a season ticket that can be used at any point by their employees/staff, either as a reward or incentive.
