    Vapour retarder options: 6 mil poly, smart, and vapourretarder paint

    Cavity insulation: none, batts (R14-28) and spray foam (½, ¾, and 2 lb).

    Exterior insulation with wood sheathing: foil faced polyiso, EPS, XPS, Mineral wool (up to 7.5” thick).Weather barrier: building paper, spun bonded polyolefin and liquid applied.

    Cladding: Brick, vinyl, EIFS, fibre cement, wood, steel
