Navigate to citiprogram.org and click Register 2. Select New York University School of Medicine/Medical Center SSO from the list of Institutions 3. Current CITI Registrants Is your CITI certification information not reflected within the NYU Langone Health Rnav/ IRB Module? Take the following steps to link your NYU School of Medicine password to your existing CITI Program account:

1. Navigate to citiprogram.org2. Click Log in Through My Institution3. Select New York University School of Medicine/Medical Center4. Input your Kerberos ID and Password and Select Login

You should receive the following message:

You will then be asked if you have an existing CITI Program account.

5. Select the first option, I already havea CITI Program account.

6. Select Continue to proceed

CITI Program Access Issues

If you forgot your login information for the CITI program website, select Login from the home page, select ”Forgot” and follow prompted instructions.

In the event that you no longer have access to the email affiliated with your CITI account, contact the CITI program help desk. You can reach the help desk by phone at 888-529-5929 (U.S. toll free) or 305-243-7970 (outside the United States), and choose option 1. Or you can email [email protected].

If you have issues related to your CITI certification information not appearing accurately within the Research Navigator IRB Module Contacts tab, open a ticket with the MCIT Help Desk via phone 212-263-6868 or online using the atNYULMC portal.
