2011 FIGTREE PHYSIOTHERAPY TERM 3 The success of our popular Pilates classes has led to the development of a new breed of class - the High-End Performance Class. This class is tailored to your specific requirements. This may include: improving your shoulder strength for baseball or any of the football codes improving your sprint technique and power in running improving your core coordination to prevent injury and increase your power maximise your recovery from injury and return to sport and work improving your ability to perform at work and feel better after a long day! The structure of the classes will be determined by your specific requirements, goals and identified weaknesses with the aim to take your performance to the next level. The classes will be run by our very own, Llew Scott, who will use all his knowledge and experience in the worlds of exercise rehabilitation and sports performance to get the best results for you!!
