• All admission fees are non-refundable. Please see our rain check policy in the event of severe weather.

• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult (16 years +). Please do not leave children unattended. Horseplay is not allowed.

• Certain attractions have height and weight regulations for your safety.

• Outside food, drinks, coolers, glass containers, tobacco products and alcohol are NOT allowed in the park. Water in clear plastic containers is allowed.

• Water toys (frisbees, water guns, masks, snorkels and inflatables, etc.) are NOT allowed in the park. Coast Guard approved life vests are allowed. There are a limited number of life vests available for use in the park.

• Proper swimming attire must be worn (leotards, cut off jeans, pants or shorts with zippers or metal snaps, buckles or buttons, etc.) are NOT allowed. Thong style suits are not allowed. Appropriate body coverage must be maintained at all times.

• Swim diapers are REQUIRED for all diaper dependent guests. Toddler swim diapers are available for sale in the Gift Shop. Cloth and disposable diapers are not allowed. No changing diapers on the pool deck. Please use changing tables available in bathrooms.

RAincHecK PoLicYFor the safety of all guests, the park will close temporarily in the event of inclement weather. If we remain closed for one consecutive hour BEFORE 4 PM, rainchecks will be issued. No rainchecks will be issued after 4 PM. Sorry, no cash refunds are allowed.
