How to access, create and publish a teacher evaluation (formative):
1. Login to your Omnivox account and click on Lea, the Omnivox Classroom.
o Scroll down to the class you wish to plan an evaluation. For example:

3. Planning a consultation (evaluation) of a course/section
Select the course by clicking in the check box and then click the Define a consultation period.

4. Modifying the evaluation questionnaire
A questionnaire template will be in place for your department.
Important Note: The questionnaire template cannot be modified once the evaluation has been published (made available) to the students on Omnivox. For example: Personalized questions

installed on your computer). UnZip is another commonly used software to compress/decompress your
zipped (compressed) files.

19. Delete your evaluation results:
Your evaluation results are retained on a non-Vanier, off-site Skytech server for a period of 3 years. If
you wish, you may delete your evaluation results at any time.
First you must navigate to your evaluation results and click on the course number (in blue) you wish to
delete the evaluation results:
