• Assess current behavior management practices• Examine patterns of behavior• Obtain staff commitment• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders• Develop a school-wide plan• Obtain parental participation and input• Meet at least monthly to oversee, monitor, and

evaluate all data and planned objectives and activities developed by team

• Report outcomes to Coach and District coordinator
