On the sparkling waters of Diamond Lake, and adjacent to the Manistee National Forest, visi-tors are treated to a natural woodland setting. This park offers 60 campsites, 24 of which are full hook-up, and 2 camping cabins. Additional-ly, this park features a swimming beach, volley-ball net, play areas, horseshoe pits, hiking trails, picnic area, and a group camping area. Visitors will also enjoy access to the North Country Trail through the connector trail that starts in the park. Additional features include a picnic area, kayak/canoe launch, a newly reno-vated shuffleboard court, play area, and a group camping area. A pavilion and lodge are available for reservations. Hardy Dam County Marina

Nestled in a protective cove next to the Hardy Dam, the marina offers access to 17 miles of open waterway, with miles of undeveloped shoreline. The marina currently offers 35 boat slips with daily and seasonal slips available. It also houses one of the best daily boat launches on Hardy Pond. Camping Cabins

All the amenities of a

campground, with a real bed! Available at multiple locations.

Take the “rough” out of roughing it. These rustic camping cabins are simply furnished with two bedrooms. Each cabin contains two sets of bunk beds and a futon. Cabins sleep up to six. Cabins feature heaters, ceiling fans, a table and chairs, a microwave and mini fridge. Outside, cabins have a picnic table, fire pit and a char-coal grill. Campers will need to supply their own bedding and dishes.
