“Decotab” è una pasta estremamente malleabile. Viene utilizzato per la copertura delle torte, steso a mano o con sfogliatrice fino a spessori di 1 mm.Il burro di cacao contenuto in “Decotab” lo rende al tempo stesso una pasta ideale anche per la realizzazione di soggetti e decorazioni come fiori e foglie. “Decotab” è di colore bianco con un leggero aroma di mandorla e se necessario può essere facilmente colorato utilizzando i colori idrosolubili pavoni.

“Decotab” is a very malleable paste. Roll it out with a rolling pin or a sheeter up to 1-mm thick and it can be used to cover cakes.
