Most physicians agreed that after seeing a DTC ad, their patients tend to ask more thoughtful or detailed questions during office visits. Some physicians thought DTC ads gave people a greater awareness of treatment options and helped them become more involved in their own healthcare. On the other hand, just under 10 % of physicians surveyed said that they felt pressured to prescribe particular drugs when their patients mentioned a specific DTC ad. Dr. Lee Dickerson, Director of U.S. Range Cattle Business for Purina Mills LLC said, "Bunge Halla and Eagle Lake General Store was named Top Hand because the dealership has suc- cessfully brought Intake Modifying Technology to their market through programs like Sup-R-Lix®, Accura- tion®/Cattle Limiter , IMPACT®, and Sup-R-Block®. These programs allow the ranchers to utilize their most valuable resource, their grass or hay. At the same time, because these cattle feed products are offered free-choice to cattle 24-7, the cattle producer saves significantly on feeding cost since he doesn't need to deliver feed to them every day or every other day. The re- search proven intake modifiers in the products assure cattle only consume the amount of supplemental feed that they need depending on the quality of the forage they have available. This assures the cattle meet their nutritional needs, but the producer doesn't spend any more than necessary for supplemental feed. Bunge and his staff have done an exceptional job of providing counsel to customers, allowing them to get op- timal performance from their cowherd and improve their profit potential." The 1932 Eagle Lake Eagles Football Lettermen Thanks to Steve Balas for letting us know about this picture and information he received recently. We were
able to find the website and bring it to you. You can find this plus games and scores at www.austinoldies.com/ 1932_footbalI.htm.
The 1932 Lettermen for the Eagle Lake Eagles were, in back, from left, James Adkins, Louis Balas, Charley Brown, James Bunge, Richard Clipson, Co-Captain Chester Glasier and Melton Ham. Doesn't Rod Adkins look like his grandfather James? We think so. And, Griff Clipson looks just like his grandfather Richard!
On the bottom row are Jimmy Leedy, Percy Middlebrook, Harry Reading, Russell Reese, Lilius Schilling, Harold Thomas and Co-Captain Elmer Wallace.
Other members of the squad were Rudy Balas, Overton Campbell, Robert Cochran, William Cook, Osa Corley, John Duty, Ralph Fuller, Ivey Ham, Phil Harrison, Ben Howard, Alvin Kohleffel, Donald Kolberg, Leroy Land, Robert Samuel Martin, Joe McCreary, Albert McMillan, Merlin Ney, Orville Powers, Paul Ramsey, Martin Roberts, T.J. agement programs. Dr. Lee Dickerson, Director of U.S.
Range Cattle Business for Purina Mills LLC said, "Bunge Halla and Eagle Lake General Store was named Top Hand because the dealership has suc- cessfully brought Intake Modifying Technology™ to their market through programs like Sup-R-Lix®, Accura- tion®/Cattle Limiter™, IMPACT®, and Sup-R-Block®. Bunge and his staff have done an exceptional job of providing counsel to customers, allowing them to get op- timal performance from their cowherd and improve their profit potential."
