Bega High’s South Coast AFL success!!! Congratulations to Jack McMahon, Lucas Horsfall, Bodin Herbert and Sam Griffin, who competed in the NSW Combined High Schools AFL Championships at Coffs Harbour last week.

The South Coast team, under the captaincy of Bodin, managed to win three out of their four pool games, which allowed them to compete for the Bronze Medal against Riverina Murray on finals day.

Unfortunately, they did go down in this game. But to achieve fourth place in the whole state is an amazing feat.

The boys also managed another accolade with Sam impressing the selectors with his skill, perseverance and decisiveness, making the NSW CHS state team!!!!
