NEWSLETTER “Learning Today For a Better Tomorrow”

Dear Parents,

It has been another hectic fortnight. I spent the day with our Grade 5 campers

yesterday which was terrific. I also got to watch our Prep students display

their amazing community helper costumes this morning which was great. I

want to let all parents know I will be away next week in Canberra with the

grade 6 campers. Mrs Ioannou and Mrs Street are available to help with any

issues.

Sushi Lunch

Our school will be having a special morning tea and lunch on the last day of school. Details regarding this lunch will come home on Monday and also be placed on Flexibuzz. I want to let all parents know that our canteen will not be open for service on the last day of term which is June 30th.

Parents and Friends

We are starting a parents and friends group at the school. It is not strictly for fundraising but is another avenue for the school to seek parent ideas and share what is going on in the school. We will meet in the meeting room in the li-brary.

2018 Prep Enrolment

Our school’s enrolment policy has become much stricter in 2017. We are only able to guarantee enrolment to students who live in our Designated Neighbourhood Area or who have siblings attending our school. If you have a child of Prep age in 2018 please obtain an enrolment pack from the school office. We already have 74 enrolments on our books for next year.

Last Day of Term

Just a reminder that we finish at 2.30 on the last day of term. There will be no assembly on this day.

Regards Chris
