Private Limited belonging to VIKRAM KOTHARI ENTERPRISES,

was incorporated in the year 1992. The project was conceived with

an objective to provide a good quality and economically priced ball

pens in the market. Rotomac, today is a leading manufacturer of all

kinds of writing instruments.

Accordingly, world class integrated production facilities to

manufacture and supply writing instruments were set up. Within a

short span of time, Rotomac became generic name for ball pens

from a mere commodity to a highly valued branded product. It is

one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of diversified range of

ball pens, having highly satisfied customer base. Mr. Vikram Kothari

has been recognized for his contribution to Indian Industry. To salute

his entrepreneurial excellence and exemplary contribution to Indian

business, he has been awarded by Honble the then Prime Minister

Shri Atal Behari Vajpayee, with the best Exporter Award, awarded

by FIEO in conjunction with Union Ministry of Commerce,

Government of India.

Mr. Kothari also heads Rotomac Exports Pvt. Ltd., Kothari Foods

and Fragrances, Crown Alba Writing Instruments, Mohan Steels

Limited, RFL Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. & Rave Entertainment Pvt.

Limited besides branching out into booming real estate developer

and building business at Kanpur, Lucknow, Dehradun &

Ahmedabad.

The Team

Rotomac has a core team of young professionals, in the field of

production, sales & exports and finance. Together they have

achieved excellence in a very short time. Our engineers have been

trained in leading writing instrument plants in various countries.

Rotomac is very aggressive in the international arena. We

participate in various trade fairs around the world. Presently

Rotomac pen is being exported to more than 50 countries around

the world. This inter-action gives us a chance to keep track of

changing trends in the international market as well as continuously

upgrade our technology.

ABOUT US

MOULDING SECTION

Comprises of the most sophisticated automatic Injection

Moulding Machines from L&T Demag. These machines are used

for moulding the various parts / components of the pen, using the

best available polymers. The in-house maintenance facility of

the moulds and machines reduces the machine down time and

costs incurred thereon.

INFRASTRUCTURE

REFILL SECTION

This section comprises of fully Automatic Pen Refill Ink Filling

Machine both for Ball pen and Gel pens. The quality of Refills

manufactured is tested on a fully automatic test writing machine

which defects any flaw with precision.

FOIL TRANSFER AND PAD PRINTING

This section deals with making the pen presentable through

printing of specifications and names of the models on the pens

and decorating the main body with designer foils.

PEN ASSEMBLY SECTION

This section comprises of both automatic assembly machines

and manually assembled pen components by highly skilled

manpower.

and for parents. At every step, we come across children devote their

Therefore definition of children cannot be limited to the words good

and bad..

If children are not there to study who will be called as a Teacher.

Similarly Life of a child starts with the institution and ends with

success history because they at the beginning stage start writing

with Chalk, Pencil and then Pen.......

As it is rightly said PEN IS MIGHTER THEN THE SWORDS.

So being into the Pen Industry Rotomac aim in this campaign was to

introduce Children with the worlds life. We selected student from the

different school and made them worldwide popular by uploading

them to our event column so that they can get the Pehchaan.
