referring dealer must register and provide their NextGear Dealership ID number and address for participation. In order to qualify, the referred dealer must be a new dealer to NextGear and its predecessors, Dealer Services Corporation (DSC) and Manheim Automotive

Financial Services (MAFS). Limit one $50 reward certificate per referred dealer. Limit 12 referrals per calendar year per referring dealer. Referring dealer is responsible for all applicable taxes. All reward certificates will be mailed to the referring dealer’s address

provided along with the submission of the referral. Void where prohibited by law. Promotion open to U.S. residents over the age of 18 only. Reward certificate program is administered by GiftCertificates.com and is subject to program rules and restrictions, including

expiration dates and change of participating merchants. No purchase necessary. By submitting any referral, the referring dealer represents and warrants that it knows the referred dealer and that the referral is not unwelcome, that the referring dealer and the referred

dealer reside at different addresses and that the referral is not for fraudulent or other improper purposes. By submitting a referral and accepting any reward certificate through this program, the referring dealer agrees to, and does hereby release NextGear and its

employees from any claims or damages arising from or related to any loss, use or misuse of any reward certificate or goods or services purchased with any reward certificate provided through this program. If the referral is referred by multiple referrers, only the first

referrer (based on NextGear’s business records) to place the referral will receive a reward certificate. No automated submissions are permitted. Allow 4-6 weeks after completion of any qualifying referral’s information for processing of referral reward certificates.
