The Newsletter of the North Hills Historic Auto Club Since 1971 A Message from the President Well, with the weather so nice in January, I was tempted to drive one of the cars, but I didn't -- it wasn't just the snow or saly, but the potholes! Oh well, spring will be here soon enough. For those of you who missed the Janarury meeting, you missed some nice additions. Daryl Elliott had a sing-a-long. he passed out sheets with the words and also played the music, and we just sang along. (Just two songs so we don't over do it. Also, Daryl had a story telling session. he would like a coupl eof members each month to tell a story about themselves and their car experiences over the years. (Joe Acker would be a great one to tell some of his stories!). Just give it some thought and consider sharing your stories with your fellow club members. For those of you who missed the After Christmas Party, you missed a good time. The food was great and the gifts were over the top! Jack, you and your helpers really out did yourselves! So, on behald of the entire club, thank you for a job well done! On a differeny note, out first trip this year will be a brunch trip to Seton Hill on May 7th. Just call me for details, if you don't make it to the meetings. I will start our Wednesday lunch tours on May 17th, then it will be the 1st and 3rd Wednesday through October. (If anyone would like to plan one of these outings, please feel free!) I'm also trying to organize a trip to Cambridge Springs this summer.
