    registered a net profit after tax of Rs. 791 crore during the 1st quarter of currentfinancial year thereby registering an increase of 47% over Rs. 537 crore earnedduring corresponding period of the previous year. The generation of 6284 MUsurpassed the Excellent MoU target of 5679 MU by 10.7% and is 10.5% higherthan the generation of 5689 MUs achieved during the 1st quarter ofFY 2010-11.
