To whom it may concern,

It is with great respect and appreciation that I recommend Mr. Niall McCallum for his

excellent engineering and technical customer support work during his tenure at SKF

Canada.

Niall proved himself to be a most invaluable engineering resource with his prompt and

highly professional technical assistance to both me as an Account Manager at SKF

Canada and also to our company’s numerous OEM customers and direct users.

He never backed away from a demanding engineering application and always went

above and beyond our customer’s expectations for service and technical engineering

assistance. Niall proved himself to be a decisive and focused person. When I submitted

an application or engineering request to him, I felt completely assured that this would be

addressed in a timely fashion and always to the highest standards to be upheld by SKF’s

corporate code of professional conduct. I can unequivocally state that Niall always

respected these standards and continually impressed all persons that he came in contact

with.

It may be difficult to quantify the precise sales volume increase impact that Niall’s

engineering assistance provided to SKF Canada’s customers, but in my sales territory

(Province of Ontario), I can confidently confirm that he was instrumental in

spearheading solutions that resulted in more than $1M in additional revenue for Fiscal

year 2013 and balance of 2014.

Niall was a great pleasure to work with and I can strongly endorse his commitment to

his role and his extremely high level of aptitude and service to our customers and of

course to SKF Canada as a whole. I would not hesitate to recommend Niall to any role

or objective that he cares to set his mind to.

Niall McCallum and his service will be sadly missed at SKF Canada and on behalf of the

company; I wish him the greatest success for the future.
