Exhibition Design – Live Project: PQ15 UK Student Exhibition

I was chosen with another student on my course to represent the UK at the Prague Quadrennial of Performance Design and Space 2015, along with two studentsfrom every university in the UK with a theatre design related course. This was a 7-month project in which we had to design the student exhibition to showcaseUK performance design in the UK. Out of 60 students that attended a 3-day workshop in Nottingham Trent University, I was then chosen as one of 12 to build andfacilitate the exhibition in Prague for 1 month. Our theme was ‘breaking down borders, under the general event heading of ‘Shared Space: Music, Weather,Politics’.

This experience gave me the opportunity to work as part of a team with other creative-minded people towards a common goal - as well as work on my CAD skillsfor the design - as one of only two spatial designers chosen.
