Nifty Ideas…for Spring
Health & Wealth Inspiration
I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work. –Thomas A. Edison
Health: We’ve all heard that we should cut back on fat. But, Omega-3 Fatty Acids
are fats that you do not want to cut out. Where can you get it? Nuts, seeds, and
some fish oils. Omega-3’s are great for lowering depression, reducing inflammation
in the body, and help with the development of healthy eyes in infants.
Wealth: Organization is key when trying to budget and save money.
Designate a location where you keep all your important records
and go through mail and organize as you get it, instead of putting
it in a pile for later.
