Changing the term “seven (7) study areas” to “study areas;”

Adding language in SECTION II stipulating that study areas may be deleted from Exhibit “A” only by amending the JPA; and,

Allowing modifications to the agreement twice per year (currently, modifications are allowed only once per year).

The modification is a result of Orange County FLUM Amendment # 2005-1-S-2-1, which changed Future Land Use categories of Low Density Residential (LDR) and Commercial (C) to Office (O).

This amendment was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on November 15, 2006, and became effective February 12, 2007.
