The latest technological advances at NIU provide the best hygienic results

and the capability to control the uses of the toilet by a remote monitoring

system.

The contact-less automation and sensors avoid that the user comes into

contact with the booth.

The “Plug and Play” setup reduces installation costs and time; and it

facilitates its maintenance and repairs.

Our booth’s Eco system allows integration with clean technology and

biotechnology that can improve water and power efficiency. Its intelligent

system reduces water usage in each flush and the time to clean the toilet.

NIU satisfies European regulations of hygiene safety by using

environmentally friendly products which avoid environmental pollution

and protect users’ health. These products, certified by the EU Ecolabel

Regulations, are made by A&B Laboratorios de Biotecnología, company

awarded the European Business Award for the Environment.

Design

NIU provides a sustainable and flexible design with special  features to

meet the customer specific requirements. All our toilets can be customized

with a wide range of finishes and accessories to suit any surrounding

environment: public buildings such as schools, hospitals, libraries, shopping

centres or restaurant chains; airports, train and metro stations, service

areas, urban green spaces and nature reserves.

niu MoDels

NIU has developed three self-cleaning toilet models: SYSTEM, UNIT and

PLUS, to provide a solution to every public toilet need.  The possibilities

include adapting existing toilets, creating new installations or providing

outdoor or indoor booths for completely autonomous operation.

SYSTEM is the NIU basic model. It is designed for indoor installations in

either new or existing bathrooms.  It allows the installation of different

units side by side easily and quickly.

UNIT  is  an affordable outdoor booth for general use.  It is designed in a

way that allows to arrange several modules differently according to the

customer needs and it allows to easily separate sexes.

The UNIT model can be equipped with a touch-free sensor operated door,

automatic basin and soap dispenser, electronic toilet paper dispenser,

heating, air-conditioning, personal cleaning water system and remote

monitoring options.

PLUS is the top range outdoor booth with the ultimate smart technologies,

totally touch free and completely suitable for disabled people.

The model PLUS offers complete equipment possibilities with touch-free

sensor operated door, automatic basin and soap dispenser, electronic toilet

paper dispenser, baby changing table, heating, air-conditioning, personal

cleaning water system, remote monitoring options, external smart screen

display, solar panels, security cameras, Wifi, among others.

It is the most comprehensive outdoor solution both for urban and non

urban spaces.

NIU’s APP makes it possible to monitor the number of users and the

usage statistics, the levels of all the consumables in the booth (paper,

soap, cleaning fluids and air freshener), its power consumption and water

usage, incidents (entrances, lighting, electronic system, etc.) and cleaning

management, among other settings.

Our public toilets are made of galvanized steel structure on which different finnishing materials are installed

depending on customer preferences. The cabin design can be easily adapted to modern or traditional

enviroments by choosing among the wide range of customization options we offer.

All the solutions and the materials involved in the construction have been tested according to the most

restrictive regulations in order to ensure the maximum durability, reliability and resistance against vandalism.
