NJVC Application Hosting uses innovative engineering concepts and technologies to deliver application services over the network, increasing their availability while maintaining vital client continuity of operations (COOP).

For more than a decade, NJVC has been a trusted partner for the intelligence, defense and military communities to support their highly specialized, secure printing and digital replication. Our global printing services have met our clients’ requirements for accuracy, speed and security during national security, humanitarian crises and wartime operations.

NJVC specializes in secure, four-color process printing, Pantone color printing, special substrate color printing (plastics, synthetic papers, Tyvek®), high-volume and large-format printing. Our secure facility located in the St. Louis metropolitan area properly handles sensitive materials to our clients’ satisfaction. Printing and digital replication is proud to be International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008 certified—the first service offering in NJVC to achieve this level of certification.

Press

NJVC provides high-quality, high-speed printing services—no matter the size of the job. Starting with our 40-inch and proceeding to our 55-inch and large 63-inch, multi-colored, sheet-fed press, NJVC can print sheet sizes from 13x19 inches to a full 47x63 inches. Tight tolerance adherence is accomplished with closed-loop color control systems, ensuring consistent color density and accurate reproductions. Our press operators and production staff average 15 to 20 years of industry service and our pressroom is G7 certified.

Finishing

We provide multiple processes to satisfy the varying print demands of our clients. NJVC possesses several large-format MBO folders with high-production capabilities, including a map folder with a 12-parallel fold capability. We also offer two large-format Lawson cutters and paper-handling systems and multiple binding styles including saddle stitching, adhesive binding and spiral binding.

Direct Mail Services

Looking for affordable and reliable direct mail services? The NJVC mailroom can print addresses on your products and mail to multiple destinations, complying with new postal regulations. Overnight delivery is also available.

Digital Replication

NJVC digital replication services are performed using top-of-the-line media and production equipment and flexible processes. This division has 400 automated and manual drives to support custom optical disc (CD and DVD) generation. Automated and manual thermal printers provide water-resistant, custom artwork. NJVC’s 100 percent quality validation on all duplication gives clients complete assurance of all end products.

We perform final packaging for optical discs to customer requirements, offering a durable solution to disc shipment and storage. Our automated packagers assemble the optical disc in a jewel case with the associated artwork and inserts. We have the capability to package single- through quad-packs and shrink wrap.

Website Maintenance

NJVC staff provide knowledge, skill and experience with current and evolving internet technologies, making client data broadly available. NJVC-maintained websites receive millions of visitors and deliver important data to members of the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. We position our clients for rapid response to all demands for military support, crises intervention, natural disasters and national security events.
