No. 2Measure of Implementation

What is MOI? Measure of Implementation is a proven concept to monitor, measure & drive

the productivity, performance & profitability across business Ceaselez Consulting LLP has invested the experience of senior consultants &

designed a web based automated tool

The business could be a large business conglomerate or a standalone business unit

The tool can be implemented for all industry segments with minimum customisation (IT, Manufacturing, Hospitals, Hospitality & many more)

In addition to driving the profitability the tool can also be used for Large Global outsourcing initiatives Large Global transition & transformation projects

The tool can be implemented in a global environment integrating the respective currencies in the countries & delivering output in the target currency

The tool has inbuilt business intelligence & helpful for data mining

MOI structure overview

Measure of Implementation (MOI) tool is an automated one stop shop for defining, quantifying organisation/business group wise objectives & KPIs.

The tool will further enable to identify the key drivers & various actions underneath the drivers. The tool will enable to measure, monitor & report output for every action aggregating to drivers & thus aggregating to objectives.

The tool is also helpful for implementing continuous improvement programs in driving performance, productivity & profitability.

Salient Features Company corporate data including logo, SMTP address, HQ etc

Computation of Tangible & Intangible actions

Multi-currency conversion & reporting

One stop shop employee database for analysing Geographical distribution of employees , average cost of labour (ACOL), pyramid index & many more attributes

The tool is built in secured environment where the authorisation levels are captured to manage access control

The tool generates humungous reports, Dashboards, Strategic, tactical, & operational layers (top down & bottom up)

Defining & monitoring individual KPIs & Organisation level SLAs & tracking the actual against planned

The tool has facility to generate automated emails for establishing communication across the organisation as appropriate

Refer Appendix for examples – Business Groups

This tool can be implemented within a organisation into different standalone divisions or programsExample slide – Business Groups

Objectives or actions between stakeholders can be jointly managed & reported.

Articulating Business Analytics & Intelligence

Not just Planning & tracking tool

Multi currency computation, based on target currency using conversion factor

Different UOMs can be converted to currency, which is tangible Conversion of intangible outputs into tangible outputs Different UOMs can be assigned at Objective, Driver & Action level. They

can be converted using UOM factor In case global organisations, reporting can be done in Head quarters

currency

Percentage of completion is computed based on actual value vs target value at Action, Driver & Objective level

Based on actual value & target value, the aggregation is done at driver level & further aggregation at Objective level

Articulating Business Analytics & Intelligence Planning & tracking of budgets, delivery KPIs, MOM actions

Head count, ACOL, Pyramid Index are exhibited by graphs based business groups, country/location wise & career level wise.

Dashboards & drill downs Overall program wise Business unit wise Objective wise Drivers wise

Based on the plan start/end & actual start/end dates different status is assigned at Action, Driver level & Objective level, which is visible in reports

Delayed start-end Delayed start but closed on time Delayed end Yet to start Overdue end Overdue start WIP Closed
