Mr. Baker, will be headed up this new benefit program as Lead Advocate. Starting in May 2010, this will be availablefor all members of all our organizations and to the members of our groups.
Its my way of “Helping One Person At A Time”. Please ask for additional information and find out how the Organizationcan help you and How you can help others.
We Need Your Help To Help Others!
We addition volunteers to help organize Chapters in their area.
Our Organization:
Our first Chapter was formed in Clyde (Wayne County) NY, in 2000. Under the direction from its first volunteer, Mr.
Baker, the recruitment of additional volunteers and supporters was started. By the summer of 2000, we had recruited atotal of 5 new volunteers. As you know volunteers come and go and this is true for any organization using an all-
volunteer base of support.
The First Chapter was named the National Organization For Change. As time went by we started another local
Chapter in Clyde, NY in 2002, which was named the National Organization of NY, under the direction of Ms. Kelley a
local volunteer, and one of the original volunteer that started in 2000.
In 2006, as we have added additional volunteers and supporters we started a Chapter on the West Coast in the State
of California. Run by a volunteer Ms. Beech of California started the JLB’s National Organization of California. With her
volunteers and supporters they have is now starting their 4th year in operations.
In 2007, we had established an additional Chapter in Western New York under the direction of a local volunteer Ms.
Marks. For the past 3 years Ms. Marks has been busy with local events.
Additionals to the Organization:
In 2009, the original Organization change it’s named to reflect the fact we are a National Organization with the
California Chapter. In January 2009, Board Member Mr. Baker made the announcement that the new name for the
Organization was simply National Organizations.
Also in 2009, Board Member Mr. Baker announced the formation of a sub-organization to deal with Landlord/Tenant
issues facing low-income, seniors and the disable not only here in New York but in other areas. The Tenants

Organization For Change was started in the spring of 2009. The organization is under the current direction of a local
volunteer here in Clyde, NY.
In 2010 we started the National Advocate Association which will handle the legal benefit program of the organization.**
What Does The Organization Do??
The National Organizations is a volunteer group of people that provides advocacy for people with questions and or
problems with DSS, SSA, Food Stamps, Medicare, Medicaid, Section 8, and Landlord/Tenant.
If a volunteer does not know the answer to your question or problem we will try to refer you to a local agency that
might be able to.
The Organization is a legal advocacy organization and can only give legal advice that we know about. We can not go
to any court on behalf of any of our members.
As a Community Organization we do run projects throughout the year, which we do ask people in the community to
help with.
Clothes- we do accept donations of any clothes, women, men, and children.
Bedding- we also are asking for bedding, sheets, blankets and towels.
Food- all kinds of food is accepted.
