three months duration training course of Ward Administration at SNGNC, IGMC Shimla and GNM

Training School Dr. RPGMC Tanda (Kangra), which will be commenced in the above training

Course w.e.f. 04.09.2017. The selection of following Ward Sisters for the above said training course

has been made on the basis of Final Seniority List of Ward Sisters as it stood on 30-04-2015. It is,

Since, the Ward Administration Training Course is an essential

qualification for the post of Matron, it is therefore, stressed upon the authorities to relieve the officials

mandatory from their original place of posting. In case any of the candidate/official(s) recommended

by this Directorate is not interested for the above mentioned training course, written undertaking

from the official concerned must be obtained and the copy of the same may also be furnished to this

Directorate invariably. It is also pertinent to mention here that this Ward Administration Training

Course is only meant for such Ward Sisters who are not DNEA (Diploma in Nursing Education &

Administration/B.Sc.lM.Sc. (Nursing) or who have not done three months ward Administration

Training Course or already qualified in DNEA (Diploma in Nursing Education &

Administration/B.Sc.lM.Sc. (Nursing) such official(s) need not to be relieved for the above said three

months duration Ward Administration Training Course, but the information on about such official(s)

may also be furnished to this Directorate at the earliest as well as the concerned Training Schools

i.e. SNGNC, IGMC Shimla and GNM Training School Dr. RPGMC Tanda Kangra please.

It is further requested that before relieving these officials for aforesaid

Training Course, it will be the entire responsibility of concerned controlling officers' that the

particulars of these above Ward Sisters viz-a-viz, Seniority number and date of birth may also be

verified/compared and thereafter they may be relieved accordingly and training station once allotted
