The meeting was chaired by Shri Jayant Misra, Development Commissioner, NSEZ.The following officers / representatives also attended the UAC meeting:-

1. UACratified the minutes of the meeting held on 05/12/2012.

2. Proposal of MIs. SSAInfosystems Pvt. Ltd. for setting up a unit in NSEZ

The Approval Committee discussed the agenda note and noted that the proposal

of M/s SSA Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. for setting up a unit in Noida SEZ for IT/ITES

was considered by the Approval Committee in its meeting held on 18/09/2012

which had approved the proposal subject to receipt of a letter from the office of

the Commissioner, Income Tax, Noida conveying their no objection as regards

source of finance, before issue of LOA.

Since letter dt. 22/11/2012 followed by letter dt. 18/12/2012 were received

from Income Tax Authorities Noida and the same were placed before the

Committee for perusal and taking a decision regarding issuance of LOA to the

application. The Committee, after due deliberations on the report/letter

received from the Income Tax, decided that LOA may be issued to the applicant.

3. Proposal of MIs. Arditi India Pvt. Ltd. for setting up a unit in NSEZ

The Committee discussed the agenda note and noted that the proposal of M/s.

Arditi India Pvt. Ltd. is for setting up a unit in Noida SEZ for manufacturing of

Electrical and Electronic Components for lighting and parts thereof including

LED Modules & Fixture (1500000 Set/No.] and Trading of parts (electrical and

electronics components for lighting including LED modules & fixture). The

Committee deferred the proposal with the direction to the applicant to recast his

project application keeping in view their actual proposed manufacturing

activities and giving the project report and project feasibility.

4. Proposal of MIs. Ebix Software India Pvt. Ltd. for setting up a unit in NSEZ

The Committee discussed the agenda note and proposal of M/s. Ebix Software

India Pvt. Ltd. for setting up its second unit in NSEZ for undertaking activities

pertaining to Information Technology, IT Enabled Servics Including Research &

Development Services, Computer Software Services, Data Processing, Legal Data

Base Procesing, Remote Maintenance Services, Revenue Accounting, Support

Centers & Website Serivces.

After due deliberations, the Committee approved the project with the direction

that tlNSEZ Unit-Il" will be suffixed in LOA and in all future correspondences in

respect of this unit.

5. Proposal of MIs. Varun International for setting up a unit in NSEZ

The Committee discussed the agenda note and proposal of M/s. Varun

International for setting up a unit in NSEZ for manufacturing of textile & textile

articles and handicrafts (made of silk cotton viscose polyester, synthetic yarn).

The Committee, after due deliberations, approved the proposal subject to

submission of requisite documents/clarifications against the observations made

in the agenda note.

6. Proposal of MIs. Nulux Tools Ltd. for change of Name/constitution of

company

The Committee noted that M/s. Nulux Tools Ltd. has informed that the structure

of company has been changed froma 'Limited' company to a 'Private Limited'

company w.e.f 04/04/2012. Copy of Fresh Certificte of Incorporation

consequent upon change of name on conversion to Pvt. Ltd. company has been

submitted by the unit. It has also been informed by the unit that there is no

change either in the shareholders, pattern of shareholding or directors. In view

of the same, the Committee approved change of name/constitution of company

as a Private Limited company subject to fulfillment of usual terms and

conditions and execution of revised Bond-cum-LUT.



7. Proposal of MIs. Intelligrape Software Pvt.Ltd for change of entrepreneur& Monitoring of performance

8. Proposal of MIs. Market Movers Export India Pvt. Ltd. for amendment inLOA& review of performance

9. Proposal of MIs. ACPL Products Pvt. Ltd. for enhancement of value ofimported capital goods and monitoring of performance

The Committee discussed the agenda note and proposal of M/s

Intelligrape Software Pvt. Ltd. and took note of change of

directors/entrepreneur (by way of change of share holding of company) subject

to submission of an undertaking by the incoming management regarding taking

over the assets and liabilities of the existing Unit and fullfilment of usual terms

and conditions. The Committee also monitored the performance of the unit for

the year 2010-11 & 2011-12 and noted the achievement of positive NFE by the

unit.

The proposal of M/s Market Movers Exports (India) Pvt. Ltd. for amendment in

LOA by allowing manufacturing of "All kinds of plastic products" instead of "All

kinds of stationery products" was considered by the Committee. It was noted by

the Committee that the unit basically wants to manufacture "Hangers & Hanger

cubes" however wants to add generic term "All kinds of plastic products" in LOA.

After due deliberations, the Committee approved amendment in LOA and

allowed manufacturing of "Hangers & Hanger cubes". The Committee also

directed the unit to come up with specific nomenclature of products, if proposed

to be added, if any instead of generic term" All kinds of plastic products". The

Committee also reviewed the performance/achievement of NFE as per APRs as

on 31/03/2012 and took note of same.

The proposal of M/s. ACPL Products Pvt.Ltd. for enhancement of value of

imported capital goods from Rs. 300.00 lakhs to Rs. 800.00 lakhs was considered

by the Committee and after due deliberations, the Committee approved the

proposal under rule 19(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006. The performance of the unit was

also monitored by the Committee on the basis of APRs submitted by the unit up

to 2011-12 and noted the achievement of positive NFE.

10. Proposal of MIs DSMInternational for allotment of space Ivalidity of LOA

The Committee was informed that M/s DSM International has been issued LOA

dt. 06/09/2011 for Readymade Garments (Woven, knitted & quilted) made of

silk, cotton, viscose, nylon polyester and hosiery fabrics and other made up like

socks, cap, scarf, tie, bag.

The Committee considered the application made by the unit for allotment of SDF

and condoned the delay in conveyance of acceptance of terms & conditions of

LOA by the unit and also extended the validity of LOA (as requested by unit

representative) for one year i.e. up to 05/09/2013.

11. Proposal of MIs. Novo Technolo(:ies Pvt. Ltd. for review of performance(deferred case)

Since this time too, no representative from the unit appeared before the

Committee, the matter was again deferred.

12. Proposal of MIs. Evinix Industries Ltd. for review of performance

No representative of the unit appeared before the Committee. It was decided by

the Committee that details of export-import made by the unit from the date of

LOA renewal during current block of five year may be obtained from NSEZ

Customs and the case be placed before the next meeting of the Committee for

review along with status of outstanding lease rental.

13. Proposal of MIs. V.S. Brothers for review of performance (deferred case)

The Committee discussed the agenda note and decided to get the copies of BRCs

(in respect of payment realized against exhibition permission dt. 16/04/2012)

verified from the concerned bank.

14. Following cases for monitoring of performance/ APRs were also placed before

UAC.The unit wise decision ofUAC are indicated below:-

1. M/s. Market Movers India Pvt. Ltd. (Trading Unit) - The Committee

noted the achievement of positive NFE by the unit for 2009-10 to 2011-

12. Unit was also directed to submit APR for the year 2008-09.

2. M/s. La Moda Eleganza - The matter was deferred for next meeting.



3. Mis. Radnik Auto Exports - The matter was deferred with the direction

to obtain details of pending foreign exchange remittances.

4. Mis. NTT Data Global Delivery Services Ltd. (unit-I) - The Committee

noted the achievement of positive NFE by the unit for 2007-08 to 2011-

12.

5. Mis. Sahdev International - The Committee directed the unit to

improve its export performance. The matter will be reviewed after six

months. Besides, permission for sharing of space also to be reviewed.

6. Mis. Sahdev Jewellers - The Committee noted the achievement of

positive NFE by the unit for the period 2010-11 to 2011-12.

7. Mis. C& S Electric Ltd. - The matter was deferred with the direction to

obtain details of pending foreign exchange remittances.

8. Mis. J & S Exports - The Committee noted the achievement of positive

NFE by the unit for 2007-08 to 2011-12.

9. Mis. Advance Informatics - The Committee noted the achievement of

positive NFE by the unit for 2007-08 to 2011-12.

10.Mis. Indeutsch Industries (Unit-I) - The Committee noted the

achievement of positive NFE by the unit for 2005-06 to 2009-10 and

2010-11 to 2011-12.
