Seltzer comes to NCM from Advanstar Communications, where he spent the past 18 years directing award-winning graphic design teams. Most recently, Seltzer served as Group Art Director for Advanstar’s Medical Communications Group. Seltzer and company nabbed numerous national awards from the American Society of Business Publication Editors and other organizations for issue cover and feature story designs, and print and digital media redesigns. Guiding more than a dozen designers and art directors, Seltzer led the redesigns of 15 B2B publications in just 14 months — extreme makeovers that netted rave reviews from readers, advertisers and journalism judges. Seltzer earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Wittenberg University, with areas of concentration in graphic design, illustration and art history. Galperin joins North Coast Media as Corporate Financial Operations Controller, responsible for overseeing the company’s financial and accounting processes and reporting. Prior to joining NCM, Galperin served as Group Business Manager for Advanstar’s Dental, Healthcare and Market Development Groups. At Advanstar, Galperin managed a financial reporting budget of $60 million in annual revenue. He supervised the monthly financial closing process, analyzed operating/ financial trends and provided recommendations for improving financial performance. Sanchez-Perkins brings to NCM more than 20 years of experience in B2B media print and digital audience development, database management and controlled circulation audits and assessments. Prior to joining NCM, Sanchez-Perkins served as Senior Audience Development Manager for Questex Media. She managed the company’s integrated audience databases for all leading B2B media brands now owned by North Coast Media — plus a half-dozen other Questex brands. Sanchez-Perkins began her career with Penton Media as Circulation Fulfillment Manager for Electronic Design magazine.

Under Sanchez-Perkins’ guidance, each NCM brand is expanding circulation among end users, suppliers, academia and consultants. Uldricks joins the company as Web Producer, strengthening NCM’s expanding stable of award-winning digital media.

Uldricks studied interactive media, Website design and computer science at The Ohio State University. He since has served as eMedia Product Manager for Penton’s Industry Week, Mechanical Systems Group and New Equipment Digest, and Digital Media Manager for Advanstar’s Market Development Group. Uldricks will work closely with Joe Winans, NCM’s Senior Web Producer, and Matt Lobe, NCM’s Web Coordinator, to fortify each brand’s digital content, presentation and delivery, and expand related products and applications.
