1：Company Profile

� North Guangwei Technology INC(abbreviated to GWIC) was founded in 2006,headquartered in Beijing, which is one of a leading company in the design, manufacture and marketing of uncooled infrared LWIR detectors and cores, with independent intellectual property rights of high-tech enterprises. � In October 2012,North Night-Vision Group invested in GWIC.� In March 2013,GWIC completed the integration with Night-Vision Group and the first session of the Board was held meanwhile.� In 2008,the product line was set up in Xi’An. The capacity can reach to detector wafer 8000, various of detector nearly 20,000.
