No Doctor Assigned Automatic notification after 2 hours if not assigned by senior consultantEscalation to flow controller after 20 minutes. If no flow controller continue to queue to Senior Consultant

Results Ready Notification Change results notifications to go to doctor assigned or senior consultant if not assigned, in addition to flow coordinator currently receiving them.

Must Press Save Note: If this is not saved you may receive a notification asking for a

decision to be made.



Add Progress Review on Entry Screen

Clicks Save When complete



Confirms Progress Review

If you save an observation all clinical

instability criteria is tested against the

entered information and notifications

created



Progress Reviews are Shown on Entry ScreenAnd the Consultant Assessment Screen

Timestamps and USERs are added

to printed Medical Record



Set Patient Out and Print Form and then Move Patient in EDIS and Location

Submit Form.

This sends the medical record to CPF

A Submit confirmation will occur with a reminder to

Discharge patient from EDISAll Fields then

become Read only and Any further

entry should be in CPF

Select The Zone you are working in



Click on Menu and Wallboards



Either your assigned patients or all in the area

Show all patients for zone or “My Patients”

Click on a Cubicle and it will take you to the Entry Screen with the patient

information already loaded

Add Notes ( Progress or otherwise from Results) Click on Menu to open

the Menu. Select the Consultant assessment to

continue or the Entry Screen to add a Progress

review

Here is a progress review note, click

save



To Get back to the Treatment screen

Click on Menu to open the Menu. Select the

Treatment results to get back to the Results page



Complete Remaining Notifications after results are reviewed

Press Complete All Button

Then Go Back to Treatment Plan TAB



Complete or Save Task

Complete will close the results (Results can still be accessed via CPF), save will go to your

Patients tab.

Note These are your tasks so complete your review before

handing over patients!
