Whereas the Petitioner has been filed petition under Section 86 (1) (b) of the Electricity Act, 2003, seeking approval of power procurement from the generator i.e. THDC India Limited and approval of Power Purchase Agreement executed between Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited and THDC India Limited dated 05.12.2016.

Whereas, due to outbreak of the coronavirus & subsequent lock-down, the Commission will now hear the cases through Video Conferencing using Google Meet. The Commission has issued guidelines containing protocols and instructions for court hearings through Video Conferencing vide its order ref: UPERC/Secy/2020-033 dt. 06-May-2020 which has been uploaded on the Commission’s website (www.uperc.org). You are requested to refer it for further details.

Whereas, a link for login into your respective Video Conferencing session will be

shared with the parties & counsels of each case respectively on their respective email ids given at the end of this notice.

You are therefore, required to submit all the relevant documents which will be

referred during the hearing on email ID: documents@uperc.org with a copy to your case officer on manoj@uperc.org, at least three working days prior to the scheduled date of hearing which is 13th May, 2020 at 12:10 hours through Video Conferencing using Google Meet.
