NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF COUNTY-OWNED
PERSONAL PROPERTY BY ELECTRONIC AUCTION
Pursuant to N.C.G.S. 160A-270, the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners
has authorized the County Manager to sell by public electronic auction the personal
property items identified at www.govdeals.com by searching “Forsyth County, North
Carolina” and also listed at www.forsyth.cc and available in the office of the Clerk to
the Board of Commissioners. Due to concerns surrounding COVID-19 and an effort to
increase social distancing, viewings of the lots will be limited and by appointment only.
The available appointment dates and times are Tuesday April 6th-Friday April9th
