MH-CET 2O1S - ADMISSION PROCESS. PHASE IThis Notification is being issued in regard to the process of selection and admissions

to be granted to the l"t year of undergraduate Health Science Courses for the Academic

Year 2015-2016, in pursuant to the Common Entrance Test (MH{ET 2015) conducted byGovL of Maharashtra on 07.05.2015. The procedure set out hereunder will upply to selectionof candidates to be admitbed at the following institutions: -(A) All State Govemment Colleges; (B) A11 Municipal Corporation Colleges;

(C) All State Government aided colleges;

(D) 85% seats in Private Homoeopathic Medical Colleges in the State. (As per orders ofHon'ble High Court, Mumbai in Review Petition No. 8634 of 2007 in Writ Petition No.6332af 2005).

(E) Such other private unaided colleges al,td/ or such number of seats from other collegeswhich may by mutual consent be decided to form part of this admission process.

The "Preference Forrr Information Brochure" will be available on DMER website,This Information Brochure contains the information required by candidates for filingpreference form, for the purpose of seeking admission. It includes General instructions tothe candidates for filing preference form, method of scrutiny of documents, method ofselection and admission. As a matter of guidance, the information regarding SML No. ofcandidate last admitted through DMER, MH-CET 2014tr' various courses (regron wise) forthe academic yeat 201,4-20L5 is provided. A dummy preference form is also included whichcan be used by the candidate for practicing fitling of preference form. The candidate shouldattend the preference form fiiling process as per the schedule set out hereunder at theRegional Centers. Kindly note that the preference form in the Information Brochure is notoriginal or final and is only a dummy preference form provided for practice.

Candidates should download the Information Brochure from websitewww.dmer.org from 17.06.2015. Copy of information brochure will not be provided tocandidate at the time of counselling.

Candidates should carefully go through the entire Information Brochure and followthe instructions for further course of selection and admission. Kindly note that non-compliance with any of the provisions set out in the lnformation Brochure will result inrejection of claim for admission.

On the scheduled datee and at the scheduled sessions, the candidates inaccordance with their S.M.L. No. as mentioned in the mark sheet issued on 15.05.2015, arereguired to attend in person, the counseling at the respective Regional centers as set outin Table 1 below. Candidates should not attend the counseling as pet the State Categorymerit ligt number or Regional merit list number or Regional category merit liet number.

All the candidates should note that on 23-06-2015, only reserve category candidates

(Constitutional aurrd/ ot specified) as mentioned in table no. 2 are called as per their State

Merit List Number. Open and OBC category candidates having SML NO. beyond 6500 are

not called for this Preference Form filling plocess in Phase I.

The candidate must report to the respective Regional Centre personally (proxy will

not be permitted), as set out in Table no.L at the specified time and date set out in Table no.2

above, alongwith all the relevant original documents and one set of photocopies as

mentioned in the Rule No. 7 of Infonnation Brochure MH-CET 2015. It is made hereby

clear that if the relevant documents are not produced by the candidates at the time of

counseling claim will not be granted. OnIy one parent will be allowed along with the

candidate.

The candidates are also called upon to keep regular track of Notifications that may be

issued from time to time by the undersigned in this regard, which will also be made

available from time to time on the website of D.M.E.R. i.e. "wwl.dmer.org"
