Standard working tank sizes or othersizes are available: all the machines arecustomized and are steadily optimizedthrough the selection of the mostinnovative materials which on one sideincrease our systems’ performancesand reliability and on the other sidereduce the final costs.All the systems can be equipped withrobot and special baskets that increasethe performance of the machines andlimit solvent consumption.A PLC controls all the phases,parameters and safety devices of themachine according the particularcleaning needs of each client.

SOLVENT DEGREASING AND DRYING CUSTOMIZED MACHINES (open top systems) working with the new range of fluorinated solvent (HFC and HFE)

MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURESThe machines are entirely manufactured from stainless steel AISI 316.Standard outfit of the machines:• Electric heaters• Three cooling coils fed by two independent refrigeration units: the lower coil, cooled between 3 and 6°C allows to condense the solvent vapors; the middle coil, cooled at around –30°C allow to reduce considerably solvent loss due to dispersion; the upper coil, cooled between 3 and 6°C allows to restrain the entry of air moisture• An automatic defrosting system maintains the cooling coils’ efficiency• Gravity water separator is cooled for a better separation of solvent and water or molecular sieve water separator using solvent containing alcohol• Control and safety devices

Optional:• Piezoelectric ultrasonic groups• Filtration unit• Automatic basket handling system (standard or with rotation systems)• Full automatic system with sliding lid and manual spray gun
