Economic Development Pages on Website

Recently, the City ofNovi's economic development pages on the website have beenupdated. These updates reflect a variety of new sections, aimed to site selectors andbusinesses investigating opportunities in the city. It is also designed to highlight ourbusiness community along with several proud projects.

In order for a sustain interest on any 'vvebsite, pages need to be both interactive andcontinually updated. We have added t\vo modules that we believe will increase traffic tothese pages as well as spark interest to our readers. There is no cost to the user for takingadvantage of these marketing tools.

Share Your Story - This module creates the ability for any business in Novi topost their press releases that may include exciting news, changes within acompany, new products/services/employees and mllch more. It sends a positivemessage to our business community and also gives additional exposure to thebusiness.

Available Properties -This is becoming the nonn for most economicdevelopment sites and allows site selectors surfing the net to view availability ofland in our city. A secure llsemame and password is created for realtors andbrokers to list commercial properties on our website.

I view the economic development pages as a work in progress. As new projects occur andas activities increase, the web will become an important marketing tool for the city.
