High Priestess Happy Thanksgiving! 'Tis the month of sharing, caring and changing of weather. Please reach out to others this month and make them feel wanted. It is easy to get caught up in small groups of friends,

but we need to share ourselves. This act of kindness is a win-win for everyone. The October Ceremonial was so nice. The 7 new members are quite an asset to Sphinx Court. Be sure and

get to know these lovely Ladies, they are beautiful inside and out. We are so lucky they joined our organization. The exhibitions were terrific! Our funny Clowns, the terrific Director Staff Indians, the peppy Greeters and sen-

sational Sphinx Patrol! Thank you all. Let us not forget the Ceremonial Pageantry during the ceremonial is always impressive and Lady Bobbie telling the story wonderfully.

November 30th, December 1st and 2nd is the El Zaribah Circus. Ladies, please come and support our Nobles. Thank you so much for your support and kindness. It means so much to the Court knowing how nice and car-

Associate Princess As the sewing chairman, I take monetary & gift donations for the Shriners Hospitals for Children®. My spe-cial project this year is Orthotics & Prosthetics (O & P). Visit my station to read my sign explaining what

this is. My goal is $5000.00 and I'm more than halfway there. The Halloween box has been sent & received. Thank you for the Thanksgiving donations. I found that looking for Thanksgiving items was a challenge, so I

am really grateful for your help. I received boxes of books & coloring books, wall & window decorations, beautiful afghans plus many more items that I can hardly wait to send to the hospitals for the children.

for dinner. Here's the menu: Mixed Green Salad, Chicken Primavera, Rolls, and a Yummy Dessert. Dinner starts at 5:30pm and the cost is $10 at the door. All checks should be made out to "Director Staff" this month.

Everyone has a reservation if you are on my permanent list. Those of you that will not be attending will need to call me to cancel. Please call 623-873-7988 to cancel or make your reservation and leave a message if I'm not there. This is very important and I need to hear from you by Monday 11/19/2012. If you have a reservation and do not call or attend, you will still need to pay. So, please give me a call!

Greetings from Sphinx Patrol. We were happy to have so many of ladies march with us at our recent Ceremonial. A Hearty Welcome to our

new members! Ladies, it looks like fun and it is! We have a great group and we have lots of fun! We look for-ward to having our newest members visit us (and hopefully join us) and we’re still looking for new members from our long-time members as well.

Our next regular meeting is Tuesday, November 6th. No host dinner at 5:30, Patrol practice at 6:15 and meet-ing at 7 pm. No RSVP required – please just come join us!

I would like to extend a truly warm welcome all the new members. Since I was unable to be at the Ceremonial, I do look forward to meeting you at our next Court Meeting. I extend to you a personal invitation to our next Greet-ers Meeting on November 10th at The Spicery Tea Room in Glendale. We do need reservations, so please call me at 480-990-1298 if you can attend. To all the Court members, we would love to have you attend too. This is our quarterly meeting, and we will not meet again until January. However, we will be having a Holiday Party. More on that later.

I look forward to seeing each of you when I return from a very rainy Indiana and a not so corny Kansas.
