The pastor search committee has completed a study of surveys submitted by church members. There is a lot of useful information that is guiding the committee in updating our church and community profile and a pastor position profile. These will guide the committee as it is preparing to gather and evaluate re-sumes and conduct interviews. They anticipate being ready to seek resumes in a few weeks. The committee will consider only candidates who submit a resume, so if a member has a man to recommend, ask that man to submit a resume. The committee has compiled a 10-page survey summary
that contains all the written comments from the surveys. A copy
of this summary is available at the church office.
