WELCOME NEW STAFF

Hi! My name is Ashley, and I’m the new Billing Administrative Assistant at Kindering! I’m originally from Huntington Beach, CA, and came up to Seattle to do my undergrad at University of Washington. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Biology-Physiology and am now

working on prerequisites for graduate school for Occupational Therapy. In my free time I enjoy being outside, traveling, camping, snowboarding, going to brunch, and visiting with friends and family. I was a nanny for a few years during and after college, which I loved since I enjoy working with kids, but I am so excited to now be working here with so many fun, great people!

SNACK FOOD

DONATION REQUEST Snack is a critical component of our classrooms, is something the children love, and is also a great way you can support Kindering! Your contributions go a long way to off-set our expenses and allow us to use our budget to purchase items such as toys and art materials for our classrooms. Any donations large or small are much appreciated and go directly to your children!

*Unsweetened applesauce *Raisins or other dried fruits *Ritz Crackers *Graham Crackers *String Cheese *Cheez-Its *Pretzels *Fritos *Veggie Sticks *Potato Sticks *Goldfish *Mountain High, Original Whole Milk Yogurt (Vanilla flavored). *GFCF cookies and crackers: These items enable us to provide options to children who cannot eat gluten or foods that contain milk.

Thank you so much for all your support! You can bring your donations to class, give them to your child’s therapist, or drop them at the front desk.

ILLNESS EXCLUSION

AND INFECTIOUS DISEASE

To that end, we consider the advice of the King County Health Department . Please take a minute to review the entire policy located in your parent handbook. Thanks for your continued sup-port in the is area! Parent Handbook link: Parent Handbook

Hi! My name is Heather Cassey and I am very excited to join Kindering’s fantastic team of Special Educators. I recently relocated to Seattle, Washington from Philadelphia, PA and I am so happy to be living on the west coast! I have a BA in Psychology from Pennsylvania State

University and a Master’s in Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Temple University. I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2014. During the past ten years of my career, I’ve enjoyed working with many different populations and age groups in a variety of settings. My passion is working to support children with developmental disabilities and their families, which is why I am thrilled to be here at Kindering. In my free time I enjoy traveling, hiking and camping.
