Follow through with your applicants as soon as possible and simplify process so you can get easier and fast Ra
Work on the matching and send each of your EPs at least 20 TNs that suit them this week to which they should apply. Sell them these opportuni6es.
December is also a pre@y big month for us, but we have less 6me to do it. We have TWO weeks leV to do as much as possible. Two weeks to take the ac6ons that will bring us the results for the rest of the month.
Things are moving (we have applicants, we have people that are matching), but things are just way too slow. We have to speed up, be more flexible, eliminate the unnecessary steps in our processes.

As you can see according the results -‐ we are really good in overcoming RE but we are really weak in promo6on and helping find students X.

AIESEC Barbados Initiative Dear AIESEC in the Czech Republic,
past couple of weeks were for us especially in the style of OGX promo6on and exposure of AIESEC brand among university students. Apart from that we were geqng in touch with other organisa6ons as well as having strategic mee6ng about the future of AIESEC Barbados from the organiza6onal structure point of view. You are as well right now experiencing exci6ng 6mes with all the LCPs elec6ons and EB selec6ons going on, so we wish all the applicants a lot of strength and all the members to make the best possible choice for the future leadership of AIESEC in the Czech Republic!
