go  for  mee3ngs  -­‐  so  use  this  period  of  3me  to  bring  even  be9er  results                  

               Prepare  for  matching  newly  raised  TNs  -­‐  we  should  not  only  raise,  but  also  deliver  what  we  promised.      

         

Sames  as  before:  process  the  applica3ons  and  raise  a  lot  of  people,  capitalize  on  the  partner  country  opportuni3es  for  matching  and  take  advantage  of  the  internal  campaign  to  raise  among  alumni            

   Complete  the  prepara3on  sheet  for  the  transi3on  weekend

Surprisingly,  selling  support  of  summer  camps  and  summer  projects.  I  am  going  to  do  MC  selling  this  week.  Anothe  big  topic  is  to  deliver  good  transi3on  during  Q1  and  manage  SprinCo  conference.  I  s3ll  recommend  to  do  not  plan  so  much,  but  be9er  just  do  your  stuff  and  start  to  sell!

Every  day,  we  are  working  hard  to  offer  exchange  to  as  many  people  as  possible.  We  want  for  Czech  students  to  go  abroad  and  out  of  their  comfort  zone,  we  want  a  lot  of  interna@onals  to  come  to  our  country  and  have  amazing  

experiences.  But  these  opportuni@es  shouldn't  be  limited  just  to  externals.
