L-utile dominju temporanju impost fuq il-biċċa art tal-kejl ta’ madwar 23 metru kwadru, li tmiss mit-Tramuntana u mil-Lvant ma’ proprjetà tal-Water Services Corporation u mill-Punent ma’ triq pubblika jew irjieħ verjuri, liema art tifforma parti minn art akbar tal-kejl ta’ madwar 19,810 metri kwadri li ġiet mogħtija b’ċens annwu u temporanju rivedibbli u li jiskadi fis-27 ta’ April, 2090. Originarjament iċ-ċens annwu u temporanju kien Lm35,000 ekwivalenti għall-€81,528.06 u peress li huwa rivedibbli kull tmien (8) snin a bażi taż-żieda fl-indiċi tal-inflazzjoni, iċ-ċens preżenti llum huwa rivedut għal €99,342.40 fis-sena.
L-art hawn fuq imsemmija fi Triq Ħal Qormi qiegħda tiġi akkwistata minħabba twessiegħ ta’ triq.
L-art tidher murija delinjata bil-kulur aħmar u mmarkata bħala plot nru. ‘1’ fuq il-pjanta P.D. Nru. 2018_0098B, li wieħed jista’ jara fuq talba fl-Awtorità tal-Artijiet, Auberge de Baviere, Il-Belt Valletta.
Il-kumpens offrut għall-utile dominju temporanju tal-biċċa art hawn fuq imsemmija huwa ta’ elfejn, mitejn u erbatax-il Ewro (€2,214), skont l-istima li saret mill-Perit Arkitett Denis H. Camilleri, li estratt tagħha qed jiġi hawn anness ma’ din id-dikjarazzjoni.

I HEREBY declare that the undermentioned land is required by the Government of Malta for a public purpose in accordance with the Government Lands Act (Cap. 573) of the Laws of Malta and that its acquisition thereof is to be by absolute purchase.

The following land at Ħal Luqa:
The temporary utile dominium imposed on the plot of land measuring about 23 square metres, bounded on the North and East by property of the Water Services Corporation and on the West by a public road or more precise boundaries, which land forms part of a larger land measuring about 19,810 square metres awarded by an annual and temporary reviewable groundrent and which expires on the 27th April, 2090. Originally the annual and temporary groundrent was Lm35,000 equivalent to €81,528.06 and since it is reviewable every eight (8) years according to the increase in the index of inflation, the present groundrent today is reveiwed for €99,342.40 per annum.
The above-mentioned land in Triq Ħal Qormi is being acquired for the widening of a road.
The land is shown delineated with the colour red and marked as plot no. ‘1’ on plan P.D. No. 2018_0098B, which may be viewed on demand at the Lands Authority, Auberge de Baviere, Valletta.
The compensation offered for the above mentioned temporary utile dominium is two thousand, two hundred and fourteen Euros (€2,214), according to the valuation made by Architect Denis H. Camilleri, an extract of which is being attached with this declaration.

As instructed by the Chairman of the Land Authority, in terms of Government Lands Act, Chapter 573 of the Laws of Malta, I am assessing the temporary utile dominium of the property described hereunder in Triq Ħal Qormi, in Ħal Luqa, which is required by the Government for a public purpose, and this after having considered the locality, size, shape, state and potential, in terms of the plans and boundaries of the development zone as officially published by the Planning Authority, as well as the value of similar properties nearby and other matters which may effect the value of the same property.
The plot of land measuring about 23 square metres, bounded on the North and East by property of the Water Services Corporation and on the West by a public road or more precise boundaries, is shown delineated with the colour red and marked as plot no. ‘1’ on plan P.D. No. 2018_0098B.

Valuation of the temporary utile dominium of a plot of land in Triq Ħal Qormi, in Ħal Luqa which is being acquired by title of absolute purchase, required for a publix purpose.
As instructed by the Chairman of the Land Authority, in terms of Government Lands Act, Chapter 573 of the Laws of Malta, I am assessing the temporary utile dominium of the property described hereunder in Triq Ħal Qormi, in Ħal Luqa, which is required by the Government for a public purpose, and this after having considered the locality, size, shape, state and potential, in terms of the plans and boundaries of the development zone as officially published by the Planning Authority, as well as the value of similar properties nearby and other matters which may effect the value of the same property.
The plot of land measuring about 332 square metres, bounded on the North and East by property of the Water Services Corporation and on the West by a public road or more precise boundaries, is shown delineated with the colour red and marked as plot no. ‘3’ on plan P.D. No. 2018_0098B.
This plot of land forms part of a larger land measuring about 19,810 square metres awarded by an annual and temporary reviewable groundrent and which expires on the 27th April, 2090. Originally the annual and temporary groundrent was Lm35,000 equivalent to €81,528.06 and since it is reviewable every eight (8) years according to the increase in the index of inflation, the present groundrent today is reveiwed for €99,342.40 per annum. The compensation offered for the above mentioned temporary utile dominium is thirty one thousand, nine hundred and fifty seven Euros (€31,957).

acquired for the widening of a road.

may be viewed on demand at the Lands Authority, Auberge
de Baviere, Valletta.
The compensation offered for the above mentioned
temporary utile dominium is thirty nine thousand, eight

DKR 268/2012 – VARIATION OF A FREEZING ORDER
It is being notified that by a decree dated 16th September, 2019, and following another decree dated 12th December, 2019, given by the Court of Magistrates as a Court of Criminal Judicature – (Magistrate Dr Rachel Montebello LLD) following two applications filed by Mary Anne Scerri on the 2nd July, 2019, and 4th November, 2019, and following judgement given by the same Court (Magistrate Dr Anthony Vella LLD) on the 19th November, 2015, Compilation Number 1017/2012, in the case in the names:

Versus
Joseph Francis Scerri, 57 years, son of John and Anne nee Serpina, born in Tal-Pietà on the 23rd March, 1962, residing at Madonna ta’ Pinu, Triq il-Kanonku Karmenu Pirotta, Birkirkara, Malta and holder of Maltese Identity Card bearing number 214062 (M).
The Court authorised the applicant Mary Anne Scerri to continue to pay the Home Loans with HSBC Bank (Malta) plc and the Loans, Credit Card and Overdraft Accounts with Bank of Valletta plc which she has together with the accused Joseph Francis Scerri.
This variation is being published in terms of Article 5 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, Chapter 373 of the Laws of Malta and Article 23A of the Criminal Code, Chapter 9 of the Laws of Malta following a freezing order which decree was given on the 3rd October, 2012, by the Court of Magistrates as a Court of Criminal Inquiry (Magistrate Dr Consuelo Scerri Herrera LLD) which was published in the Government Gazette of the 9th October, 2012, where the Court ordered the attachment in the hands of third parties in a general manner, all monies and other movable and immovable property which may be due to or belonging to Joseph Francis Scerri.

By a decree of the Small Claims Tribunal of the 29th August, 2018, the publication of the following extract was ordered for the purpose of service in terms of Article 187(3) et sequitur of the Code of Organisation and Civil Procedure (Cap. 12).
Go plc (C 22334) of Triq Fra Diegu, Marsa MRS 1501, filed a Claim on the 27th August, 2018, whereby they asked the Tribunal to condemn Bianchi Emanuel (ID 287983M) of 107, Daisy Court, Flat 28, Triq J. Quintinus, San Pawl il-Baħar, to pay the plaintiff company the sum of €1158.27 which amount is due to the plaintiff company.
With costs and legal interests.
The case (Claim number 405/18AM) is deferred on the 17th April, 2020, at 12.30 p.m.

By means of an application filed in the Civil Court of Voluntary Jurisdiction Section on the 30th January, 2020, Application number 147/2020 by Victor Barbara, whereby he requested that it will be declared open in favour of the same Victor Barbara and Evelyn Attard in the quota of one half (1/2) undivided share each one of them the succession of their father Ġużeppi Barbara, widower of Giovanna, son of Michele Barbara and Evanġelista nee Maniscalco, born in Marsaxlokk, Malta and resided in Żejtun, Malta and died in Ħal Luqa, Malta on the 9th June, 2004, aged 88, and who held identity card number 021611M.
Wherefore any person who believes to have an interest in the matter is hereby called upon to appear before the said Court and to bring forward his objections hereto by a minute to be filed within fifteen days from the posting of the banns and notices according to law.
