This is to advise you of the intent of the Bay Valley District to utilize the provisions of Article 12.5.C.5 of the National Agreement to involuntarily reassign five (5) full-time carriers (two 02 and three 01) from the craft and/or installation at two separate bid clusters. The reassignments will occur no sooner than 60 days from the date of this notice. The specifics as to the number and categories of the carriers being excessed from the two bid clusters are set forth below.
