NUCLEAR ENERGY INSTITUTE CERTIFICATION OFLICENSING SUPPORT NETWORK SUPPLEMENTATION
Governing regulations require that each party to this proceeding continue supplementing
the documentary material made available to other proceeding participants via the Licensing
Support Network ("LSN") with any additional material created after initial certification.
10 C.F.R. § 2.1003(e). Pursuant to this requirement, the Pre-Application Presiding Officer
("PAPO") Board ordered that the required supplementation be made on or before the first of
each month following initial certification, and that such be appropriately certified. Revised
Second Case Management Order (Pre-License Application Phase Document Discovery and
Dispute Resolution) (July 6, 2007) at 21. Although PAPO Board jurisdiction has ceased, the
supplementation and certification requirements remain effective. Construction Authorization
Board Case Management Order #1 (Jan. 29, 2009) at 2.
NEI made its initial certification on January 11, 2008, and its previous certification of
supplementation on June 29,2011. Accordingly, Rodney McCullum, as the official
