SOMETHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT NUTRITION!

Nutrition is really important for you. It gives you energy, the strength to do things, it’s also important for your health and active live. If you don’t have good nutrition, you can start feeling bad, you will cause a bad damage to your body, and you can also die for not good nutrition so I recommend you eat well. I’ve made a study of 56 random persons; I’ve made them a survey about nutrition.

In the following graph you will observe the 1st question and the answers. These graph shows that the 34% of the community eat 3 times junk food a week and this answer was the most voted.

This graph shows the 2nd question and its answers. The winner answer in this graph was the 32% of the community that eat 3 times a day.

The following graph shows the 4th question with its answers. The winner answer of this graph is the 42% of the community that eat 5 times healthy food a week.

TOP 10 TIPS

TO EAT HEALTHY 1. Eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods. You need more than 40

different nutrients for good health, and no single food supplies them all.

2. Your daily food selection should include bread and other whole-grain products; fruits; vegetables; dairy products; and meat, poultry, fish and other protein foods.

3. How much you should eat depends on your calorie needs. Use the

Food Guide Pyramid and the Nutrition Facts panel on food labels as handy references.

4. You have to eat at least 4 or 5 times a week.

5. Don’t eat too much processed or bagged food.

6. Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day ,for the food will digest

better.

7. Do not eat junk or fast food ( Its bad for your health)

8. Don’t eat fat food , because that’s bad for your cholesterol and then you are in serious problems.

9. Try to eat healthy snacks during the day like fruit , vegetables ,

granola ect.

10. Cook the food in the oven instead of fried.

2 cups yogurt with cereal 500g and 1 ½ cups of fruit juice 2 cups chopped fruits, 200g of cheese, breads 200g of cereal with 2 cups milk, whole wheat bread 200ml of milk boiled with hot cheese sandwich 2 cups fruit smoothie with whole wheat bread

Lunch 250 g of rice with 150 g of chicken with a salad

250 g of rice with 200 g of meat with 100 g of lentils

200 g of spaghetti with 200 g of meat and a salad

200 g of spaghetti with ½ a liter of milk and 100 g of parmesan cheese 100 g of milk cream and 100 grams of ham

Dinner

Green salad with asparagus, mushrooms with scrambled eggs, wheat toast with a handful yogurt raisins pumpkin cream, omelet with ham, salad to taste

Recipe

First boil 200 ml of milk into a glass

Then put it into a glass

The take two breads and full them with butter

Cot some cheese and then put it in the bread

Cook them with butter in a pan and its ready

Ingredients:

1 store bought pizza dough

2 tablespoons butter, melted

4 tablespoons Cinnamon-Sugar, divided, recipe follows

2 cups mascarpone cheese

1 tablespoon heavy cream

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest (from 1 lemon)

2 cups mixed berries

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a rolling pin, roll out the pizza dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch. Transfer the pizza dough to the lined baking sheet and brush the dough with the melted butter. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Cinnamon-Sugar and bake until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes. Cool the pizza crust on a wire rack. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix together the cheese, cream, lemon juice, and zest. Spread the cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Top with mixed berries and sprinkle with the remaining Cinnamon-Sugar. Slice like a pizza and serve.Cinnamon-Sugar:1 vanilla bean,1/2 cup sugar,1 tablespoon ground cinnamon. Cut the vanilla bean in half, lengthwise. Using the back of a knife, scrape along the inside of the vanilla bean to collect the seeds. Scrape vanilla bean seeds into a small bowl. Add sugar and cinnamon and stir to combine. Set aside in a small serving bowl.

How to heat taco shells and tortillas:Hard taco shells: Bake 4 minutes at 350 degrees F, or microwave 45 seconds.Soft 6-inch corn or flour tortillas: Heat in a dry skillet or on the grill, 30 seconds per side, or wrap in foil and bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees F. You can also wrap in a damp towel and microwave 1 minute.1. Ground Beef Saute 1 chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves in oil. Add 1 tablespoon chili powder and 2 teaspoons each cumin and coriander; cook 30 seconds. Add 1 pound ground beef and cook until browned. Add 2 tablespoons broth, and salt to taste. Serve in hard taco shells and top as desired.2. Spicy Beef Make Ground Beef Tacos (No. 1), adding 2 teaspoons hot sauce and 1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapenos with the broth.3. Turkey Make Ground Beef Tacos (No. 1), adding 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon with the spices and replacing the beef with turkey.4. Sweet and Savory Beef Make Ground Beef Tacos (No. 1), adding 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon with the spices. Replace the broth with 1/4 cup water, then add 3 tablespoons each tomato paste and raisins, 1 tablespoon capers, and salt to taste. Simmer until thick.5. Queso-Chorizo Brown 2 ounces diced dried chorizo in a skillet; remove with a slotted spoon. Melt 1/2 pound chopped monterey jack in the skillet. Serve in flour tortillas with the chorizo.6. Carne Asada Season 1 pound skirt steak with salt and pepper; grill and slice. Brush 1 bunch scallions with oil; grill. Serve the steak and scallions in tortillas with lime juice.7. Beef and Bean Make Ground Beef Tacos (No. 1), adding 1 drained can pinto beans with the broth.9. Double Shell Spread 2 tablespoons warm refried beans on a flour tortilla. Wrap around a hard taco shell and fill as desired.10. Spiced Shell Mix 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Deep-fry corn tortillas in 350 degrees F oil, using tongs to hold each in the shape of a taco shell, until crisp, 2 minutes. Drain; sprinkle with the spice mixture.

In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook and stir almonds in butter until lightly toasted. Remove from heat, and let cool. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sugar, onion, paprika, white wine vinegar, cider vinegar, and vegetable oil. Toss with spinach just before serving.
