Constantine served as a media relations specialist on my first campaign for State Assembly in 2010, playing an important role in our decisive victory. Campaign work is unique in that the environment is fast-paced, every day is different, and the stakes are extremely high. Constantine handled this atmosphere adeptly, displaying poise and maturity and tackling his duties with competence and enthusiasm. On the campaign, Constantine played a crucial role in our media operation, writing and editing press releases, official statements and other communications. He kept our team abreast of the latest developments, monitoring the press exposure we received in local newspapers, blogs and television and radio networks. He also reached out to elected officials and local leaders to coordinate campaign strategies and set up fundraising events.
