statue  in  Central  Park �� Ride  the  indoor  Ferris  wheel  

in  Toys  R  Us  @  Times  Square �� Walk  Museum  Mile  and  tour  

exhibits  at  the  Met  or              

Guggenheim  museums �� Visit  Belvedere  Castle  &  

observatory  in  Central  Park �� Visit  Bryant  Park  and  play  a  

game  of  chess  with  the  locals �� Scoop  up  some  deals  in                  

Gramercy  or  Chelsea  thri  

shops �� Take  pics  with  the  bull  near  

the  New  York  Stock  Exchange �� And  much,  much,  more!

METRO  TIPS

¡� Don’t  hesitate  to  ask  the  Metro  tellers  at  marked  sta ons  for  assistance.

¡� If  you  plan  on  visi ng  mul ple  areas  of  the  city,  go  for  a  Day  Pass  or  Unlimited  Pass  (otherwise  it’s  approximately  $2.50  each  ride)

¡� Verify  which  direc on  you  want  to  go  before  crossing  the  turnstyle  -  ie.  Uptown  vs.  Downtown

�� Enjoy  your  day  in  the  city,  just  remember  city  blocks  are  longer  than  you  

think  they  are.  Plan  your   me  accordingly  if  walking.   �� There’s  lots  to  see  and  do:  make  a  game  plan  of  what  you  want  to                                  

accomplish  and  map  out  how  close  each  site  is  to  the  next. �� When  in  doubt,  ask  a  NYPD  officer  or  a  local,  most  will  be  happy  to  help  you  

find  your  way.
