Baby Steps = Giant Leaps
“Every customer comes with a certain amount of money in their pocket. Your job is to insure, through whatever means necessary, that they leave with a percentage less of that.” ~Gino Pastravo
O2 Sports and Entertainment
Give people a vested Interest- Customers can refer others to us. For every $100 that referrals spends, they get $5 credit.
Customers Suck- Learn to deal with it
Customers are Fickle- Why should they shop with you? What can you offer better then a cheaper price?
Small sells better- We sell $12 screw kits, and make $9 each. We also sell $1,200 paintball markers, and make only $45
Coupons = Love- We offer 25% store Christmas day, to evaluate coupon strength.
Don’t compete, Out perform- Customers will pay more, for better.
When all else fails, remember…
