Air Brake TESTCASE Test Case is a portable, high quality air brake test kit, specifically designed to test pressures at the ISO test point.It enables a full system test to be carried out in 20 minutes without the need to remove individual components.By testing to the manufacturers recommendations it is simple to identify faults .This stops trial and error part replacement to find the faulty part . Trailer Suzie biased pressures can be tested using our trailer adaptors.

Air Suspension Full Load Simulator Simulates full load air brake pressure through your air suspension,enabling you to carry out brake pressure tests without having a full load on the vehicle. Ensuring that your full load air brake pressure is correctly set up within an air suspension system. Air suspension load simulator gives you the ability to set-up your air brake system correctly across all the axles. (using testcase to show all axle pressures at the same time.) The simulator is used in conjunction with air brake test case and the emergency roadside gauge. The kit contains:

· 160psi/10 Bar 0.5% accuracy 6“ gauge (25% pressure over rating)· 180psi / 12 Bar regulator for pressurising the system.· 140 psi blow off brass protection valve (to safeguard your airbags)· 2 x 15 ft hoses with M16 x 1.5 quick release test point adaptors.· Durable, protective case and foam insert.· Installation and clear operating instructions included.

Air Brake Test Station Test station is a specialist unit designed to test individual components on the bench in a garage or workshop.It allows components which have failed or have been serviced to be fully tested before they are fitted back onto the vehicle. Test station is supplied with a complete set of hoses.Metric and imperial adaptors. Comprehensive test manual for ease of operation. The kit contains: Supply side:

·3x input couplings·3 x 0—300 PSI/BAR pressure gauges.·Flow valve, regulator, and on off valve .

2 Gauge Hydraulic Brake Test EquipmentThis test equipment is used on commercial vans and prestige cars. Enables full hydraulic brake system bleeding and testing. A simple and effective way to check and set-up hydraulic brakes.

· 2 x 4000 PSI 1.0% accuracy 4“ gauge (25% pressure over rating)· 2 x 12 feet hydraulic hoses rated up to 10000 PSI· Bleed adaptors M12, M10, M8, and M6.· Protective case and insert.· Installation and clear operating instructions included.

Vehicle Oil Pressure Gauge

Durable protective and portable single oil gauge. Oil pressure testing up to 140 PSI using an accurate 4” gauge. Adaptors provided for metric and imperial plugs. 2 metre hose to ensure excellent accessibility. The kit contains:

· 140 PSI 1.0% accuracy 4“ gauge (25% pressure over rating)· 1 x 2m hose with quick release adaptor over rated to 600PSI.· Adaptors include ½, 3/8, ¼, 1/8 NPT, M10, M12, M14, M16 c/w seals.· Durable, protective rubber cover over gauge.
